Therapeutic massage
It is a series of facia manipulation techniques that are used to treat both neuro-muscular and musculoskeletal disorders. It facilitates the elimination of toxins, activates blood and lymphatic circulation. It also provides oxygenation to soft tissues. Manual lymphatic drainage

Sports Massage
Created for physically active people, in particular athletes. The main objective is to maintain physical condition in optimal condition. Prenatal massage
Specialized for the mother-to-be looking to relieve tensions caused by pregnancy. Specialized equipment (pillows, cushions) and appropriate positions (lying on the side and/or on your back) are used. Rolfing
It is a type of therapy in which deep manipulation is applied to the connective tissues of the body. The tissue is massaged, pulled and pushed, pressing with the fingers, palms of the hands. Other parts such as elbows and fists are used. The main purpose is to mitigate the restriction of connective tissues.
Benefits: reduces chronic pain, improves posture and physical appearance, decreases the risk of sports injuries.
Myofascial release
It is a therapy that is regularly incorporated into a massage when pain is reflected coming from the resistant membranes or tissues that surround, connect and hold the muscles in place. This technique is performed using slow movements and sustained pressure. Here the myofascial system is released in order to restore the body’s functional balance.

Stretches
During the session, assisted limb stretching and joint rotations are applied. It benefits or the purpose is to achieve greater mobility and flexibility of the musculoskeletal structure.
Reflexology
It is known as zone therapy. It is an alternative practice in which pressure is applied to
specific points on the feet, ears and/or hands. This technique is performed using thumb, fingers and hand massage techniques without the use of oil.
Benefits: Regulates the functioning of the body’s organs and systems. This therapy is appropriate for older people as light pressure can be used, it is non-invasive, it helps relaxation and the feeling of well-being and security.
Abdominal massage
The abdomen is one of the most delicate parts of the human body that houses important organs such as the pancreas, stomach, diaphragm and intestines among others. In Eastern medicine it is considered one of the energy centers through which meridians and energy points pass. Thai Yoga Massage

Reiki

Shiatsu

It is an Ayurveda technique (ancient medicine from India) in which a continuous flow of warm oil is subtly poured on the forehead. Marma points

Ayurveda is an ancient holistic healing system from India, focused on balancing mind, body, and spirit through natural therapies, diet, and lifestyle practices. It emphasizes using herbs, massage, and mindful routines to restore harmony and promote overall well-being, addressing health at its root.
Paraffin hands and feet
It is a superficial thermotherapy method. The moist heat that results from the application of hot wax has the following benefits:
